[Dungeon][NPC][Spell] Domination spell used by The Maker and Coilfang Soothsayer gives too high damage increase. #4718

Description: Blood Furnace normal's The Maker's and Underbog normal's Coilfang Soothsayer's Domination ability mind controls a player and gives a damage boost. However, it seems to be much higher than it should be.

Current behaviour: The Domination debuff increases damage done by perhaps up to 1000%, judging by normal damage vs damage done while under domination. Attached screen cap of combat log showing Seal of Command dealing around 5000 damage compared to the average 500 damage the player was dealing normally. wow_2019-01-28_21-11-17

Expected behaviour: The increase should only be 100%, if wowhead and wiki data is reliable enough. Either way, I don't think he's supposed to make dominated players one-shot each other. https://www.wowhead.com/spell=30923/domination

Something very odd is going on with this spell. Occasionally it works correctly - the damage increase should be 200% per wowhead data (not 100% as OP stated), but other times it just scales like crazy and deals massive damage.

Rev 4015 still an issue
