[Quest][Moonglade] Waking Legends

Current behaviour: Doesn't work, when you grab quest. He should do some kind of RP event, after which you get your nature resi ring.

Expected behaviour: He should do RP event like seen here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xht6mQJ9W7M after which you can turn in quest and grab your ring.

Rev.3478 Quest work just fine.The RP is missing.

Quest does not work fine ... not only is RP missing but can not be completed either, nothing happens after accepting the quest.
