Description: Fish exclusive to day/night are not implemented properly

Current behaviour: You can fish any fish at anytime (i.e. Raw Sunscale Salmon at 5:24 am)

Expected behaviour: Raw Nightfin Snapper and Raw Sunscale Salmon should have these time spans to appear: * 6am-12pm - Nightfin and Sunscale
