Zangarmarsh Naga Reputation Gains

Description: The Reputation given by killing Nagas and the accompanying mobs, when solo, are giving the appropriate reputation points; when in a party this reputation is halved. This reputation should only be halved when your group is more than 5man (ruleset applied to avoid quick rep grinds).
