Current behaviour: The weapon procs every 20-40 hits. Which is is a procrate of 2,5 - 5%. Character continues autohitting. On hit effects (Righteousness tested) doesnt proc on the aoe effect. Judgements stop the effect.

Expected behaviour: The procrate should be around 15%. No autohits should be possible while Ravager proc. ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NPMpjuu9XF8 )

See comment from 10th July 2006: "Proc rate seems about 15% or so. Not reliable enough to decide to suddenly start AOEing monsters; but if you are already hunting monsters in packs anyway then it wouldn't hurt ." Comment from 1th April 2005: "The chance on hit is pretty frequent. once every 5-10 hits."

Seals like SoC should also proc ( since all mobs get attacked, see item description) & comment from 4th August 2005: "When engaging a mob judge them with Seal of Crusder, then use Seal of command. When the axe procs your seal of command will proc with it 3 times in a row. MAD DAMAGE!"

The only patch it got mentioned was 2.4.2 (https://wowwiki.fandom.com/wiki/Ravager_(axe)): "Judgements will no longer auto-refresh and break the effect from this item while its effect is active."

In theory yes. Cause you can have your Bladestorm proc off itself. Meaning it still counts every hit you do as an actual strike and not some kind of spell. My friend has a 44 warrior that procs all the time right after he uses whirlwind. Looks awsome. specially when he can use whirlwind right after the attack and proc again.

What needs to be fixed:

1. No more Autohits while channel.
2. ppm invcreased to 2.0 from 0.7 (2.0 seems still too low, compared with the comments, but players often use too high numbers to make their point why item X is op or sth. 2.0 would be around 11,7 % and every 2nd whirlwind of a warrior. )
