Magtheridon's Lair - Hellfire Channelers broken #6612

Current behaviour: When starting the fight, random channelers enter combat for a couple of seconds, and then simply break - they stop fighting/attacking the tank/players and restart their visual channeling on magtheridon of their beam. Which means, they don't deal dmg, nor use their skills but can be attacked like some training dummy. 2 out of 5 were in such state for us yesterday.

Expected behaviour: They should stop channeling and fight the players and use their skills.

There's plenty of issues with this fight too: like the ceiling crashing/cave in right after an earthquake instnatly killing several people, or Magtheridon being able to attack while he is temporarily banished from the cube clicks (and not gaining + % damage taken debuff).

did you lose all data from later 2.0 revisions? I mean there is a lot of unusual issues that weren't present on NW. How do you manage to broke perfectly working encounter ?)))

  1. Regarding the initial issue, it can be reproduced by resetting the fight and starting it again before all channelers reach their cube.

I'm not sure how it could happen under normal raid circumstances though.

  1. If I understand the second issue correctly, crashing/cave in can happen while or shortly after players get thrown around from an earthquake? That sounds normal to me, just unlucky.

3. The Cube issues need to be tested by 6 players at some point. It would be better to make a new report. See next post.

Just tested the +100% damage bug while banished mentioned in the comments and it works just fine.

Only the initial issue is valid.

Rev 4016 still an issue.

Have them evade despawn upon encounter end to fix.
