Current behaviour: You can take ''Imp Delivery'' without doing the Required quest's.

Expected behaviour: Aside all other quest's, you must complete this four quest's too to be able to take the Imp one Bell of Dethmoora Wheel of the Black March Doomsday Candle Arcanite https://classic.wowhead.com/quest=7628/doomsday-candle#comments:id=44835 http://home.planet.nl/~pete0420/wow/warlockinfo/Dreadsteed.htm

Arcanite should be required for Imp Delivery:

This is low priority, as requirements are still checked for Dreadsteed quest chain (Which does require both Arcanite and Imp Delivery)

Rev 4018 - still an issue
