[Item][Spell][Talent] Scryer's Shattered Sun physical dps neck proc interractions

Description: The Shattered Sun Exalted neck slot for physical dps (https://tbc-twinhead.twinstar.cz/?item=34679) doesnt proc Retribution paladin's talent "Vengeance" (https://tbc-twinhead.twinstar.cz/?spell=20059) if the Scryer's version of the proc happens to crit. Current behaviour: "Arcane strike" (https://tbc-twinhead.twinstar.cz/?spell=45428) is the name of the actual spell that procs from your physical hits if you are exalted with Scryers. It counts as a sort of a spell-like "yellow" weapon hit, much like paladin's seals, and it can also crit, scaling from your melee critical strike chance. When it crits, its supposed to proc a stack of Vengeance talent, which procs from melee and spell crits, of which Arcane strike can be considered either. Currently, it can appropriately crit, but when it does so, it doesnt grant any crit-related procs or stacks, as noticed by me with Retribution's Vengeance talent. Expected behaviour: When the Arcane strike crits, it should grant paladin a stack Vengeance buff, and probably trigger other crit-based procs, which it currently doesnt. Server Revision: 3376
