Description:
By looking at the classic client, generally speaking, you get ported to whatever graveyard is the closest to you within the same zone, however, there are a few exceptions.
From the testing I conducted:
Starting zone graveyards should be contained to the starting zone itself.
Ironforge graveyard is never used by alliance players dying in Dun Morogh unless you die inside Ironforge or at the Ironforge gates
If you die in the barrens while the zone text is set to "Southfury River" you will always get ported to Razor Hill
Ratchet graveyard is only ever used when the zone text is set to "Merchant Coast", "Ratchet", "Northwatch Hold" or "Raptor Grounds"
Twilight Vale graveyard in southern Darkshore can be used by players dying in Ashenvale
Bulwark graveyard in Tirisfal can be accessed by horde players dying in Western Plaguelands (this one is working as intended)
Current behaviour:
You get ported to whatever graveyard is the closest to you and within the same zone
