Current behaviour: Going through portals makes hunter pets names become unknown

Expected behaviour: Pets not named "Unknown"

Happens after taking a flight as well. It also breaks all combat log addons that show pet damage.

It breaks hunter's threat in Omen too, have to relog to fix it.

This bug is realy annoying cause you always have to relog when entering a dungeon..
