[Dungeon][Core] Steamvault (H) lack the 2 standard chests of Steamvault (N) #7560

Description: Steamvault(H) lacks the chests that Steamvault(N) got, it makes no sense why the heroic, the more difficult version of it, shouldn't have the same amount of chests. This is probably a overlooked issue, as they were once removed from both versions but only re-added to the normal.

Current behaviour: Steamvault(H) lack the two standard chests Steamvault(N) always got

Expected behaviour: Expect Steamvault(H) to have the same amount of chests as Steamvault(N)

7342 basically every dungeon missing chests, especially heroic versions.
