[Drop]Uldaman trash loottable #7622

Description: I have yet to see one uldaman trash drop on this server, so i believe the loottable is not working correctly. i did like 30 whole clear runs with my paladin and not even 1 blue drop was found, nor have i ever seen them on auction house.

Current behaviour: no trashloot in uldaman, i know they have a low dropchance but i farmed that loot many times on different servers, and with killspeed way slower my current one.

Expected behaviour: they are rare, but they should drop sooner or later

Need to double check with Etherious and verify through DB

Rev 4018 - confirmed the items are not present and need to be implemented.

The drop rate on classic is giga low (like 0.5% and lower, some even 0.1%) but they should still be present
