Unable to land second blizzard cast if you was moving during first cast
Current behaviour:
While you are already channeling blizzard spell, try to prepare next blizzard cast and do some steps beck of forward. Notice that blizzard landing area becomes red and you are unable to land second spell
Expected behaviour:
Movement should not prevent casting second blizzard after you stand still again
