All Foulweald mobs in Ashenvale are pretty broken right now on live.
They don't do their periodic debuff auras (such as: https://www.wowhead.com/classic/spell=6818/corrupted-intellect), and they will evade/reset when you are stealthed near them.
Additionally - the searing totem dropped from the Totemic mob is meleeing now and will not use it's abilities, it also moves and follows like a normal mob.
