Description: Pets are not receiving the 30% movement speed outdoors from Bestial Swiftness talent

Current behaviour: Pets are not receiving the 30% movement speed outdoors from Bestial Swiftness talent.

Expected behaviour: Pets should move 30% faster when outdoors.

Confrimed, its been bugged for a while now.

It works but once you go indoors and then back outdoors, the movement speed does not get fixed to proper value.
