The head is not currently visually attached to the Headless Horseman after each transition as it should be.
Headless Horseman's flying movement speed is too slow when summoned, takes too long to land and start the encounter.
After transition is over, the head is still targetable (even though not attackable) and a stun debuff is present.
At start of phase 2 he immediately uses his ranged fire disorient ability (whatever it is called). The first cast should happen 10 seconds after phase start.
After he dies, his corpse should be on fire
In classic you could summon the headless horseman multiple times in one instance ID with each person who had a daily quest available to do so - nice QOL if possible.
A few minor bugs and overlooked things while testing after improvements
He no longer does his laugh after his intro line when summoned (while flying to the ground)
Only does his conflagrate ability at start of P2 still, when he should do it 10 seconds after start (and every ~10 seconds after)
The pumpkin (giving the daily quest) should also be on fire while doing the encounter and disappear completely, and then respawn shortly after he dies.
When he dies, some kind of pumpkin fireworks happen and characters are forced to /cheer (?), see 5:40 of the classic video.
