Reproduced in prod (1.3) and staging (1.3)
Note this is from the PAT related list under Teams. If i open the PATs as their own object from the menu bar, i can delete it.
Add a PAT to a team. then click on the down arrow to bring up the edit/delete menu and click delete.
you will get this error
