This change is to make our CPA happy. lots of laws distinguishing contractor and staff so i want to be careful in the wording we use. We have the right filetypes already. So just making sure things are truly clear in our language.
change position from (at least in how it is displayed)
Staff-> Staff/Contractor
change File category from
Staff->Staff/Contractor
and adding one Document Type to the list for Staff/Contractor
it appears W9 is not a file i can select under Staff as an upload type, but it is in the page layout. Is the logic there to set Last Contractor W9 Date? If not we need to fix it.

We already don't show an icon for their status, so we can ignore that and continue to not have an icon.
