As the volunteer user, i can see all notes and all activity, which means any emails w the individual.
i think we keep the notes available.
However, i think we should hide any activities that where the logged in volunteer user is not a party to the activity. For example, email threads with only that user.
We presently have einstein activity capture setup to share with all unless explicitely set by the user to not share... however, when email is automatically captured it is shared w/ all.
i generally need it to be shared w/ our admin users, but would like to limit its access to volunteers. is this possible outside of the einstein settings?
