Putting a placeholder here to have a conversation for the next release and how we continue to refine permissions.
I believe we want to go to a standard where we have a base permissions set and then add on public groups and permissions and remove Atlas Adv User and Atlas Super User profiles.
We have that for contacts for volunteers.
We don't yet have it quite setup for teams.
let's also look at what each user can see.
For example,
i am realizing for volunteer user
they can see all email interactions (ideally should only see their own?)
they can't see tasks (should see their own)
they can't see leads (do we let them see leads where the lead interest is volunteer?)
they can't see reports (thinking we can allow them to see reports or dashboards explicitly shared w a role or that user)?
that is another question, we aren't using roles at all. I don't forsee us ever having a huge number of users, so it likely isn't an issue.. but is it fewer steps to assign these to a role than a user?
