-disable narrator keyboard shortcut -disable print screen key opening screen capture when snipping tool is removed

I'll likely expand on this later with a GUI script to configure all accessibility feature shortcuts, but this is a good start for now. Feel free to do this as well by the way using multichoice.exe in the Atlas utils or using PowerShell
