Fix Fixes Again

Here to fix a few things that happened when danike and I were doing our live testing. Specifically:

• Uploads:MaxFileSize --> MaxFileSize and should also be PROPERLY optional
• Auth0:Domain should now no longer attempt to check Url validation, which doesn't seem to behave correctly anyways.
• Added support for wrapping configuration loading in exceptions.
