Command simply does not run - Please make corrections to ensure that it does run.

You do not need to specify any isRankOrHigher since the rank is specified within the command parameters at the top of the class, that's where all command details except what it does is defined.

Also, you should remove the extends BukkitCommand as it doesn't, remove the override annotation and change the method to onCommand, this is not a BukkitCommand, it is a customly handled command by my manager therefore this is completely broken.
