Is this really necessary? The ICM doesn't super based on IP, it simply uses the IP to see if someone is real. If Player1 joins on IP 1.2.3.4 and is supered then Player2 joins on IP 1.2.3.4, Player1 is super admin but Player2 is not. If Player1 then joins on IP 4.3.2.1 they will be flagged as an imposter, if Player2 joins on IP 4.3.2.1 they will not as they are not in the admin list.
