use colour or icon type to distinguish lower quality records when they are included on the map colour will be easier to distinguish in a crowded map? - test with users

Add a quality rating to records in the record list and record details page? set of icons - spatial, taxonomic, temporal, completeness

how to give a rating - whether it fits a profile or not?

start with two categories: "Authoritative" (meets ALA general) | "Needs assessment" (doesn't meet ALA general)
