IEK webpage #5

add a page on site that brings together all the IEK related information and links (so can direct people to the one place) - ie blogs, IEK strategy, how the various tools can be used Profiles/BioCollect/species pages, news about sprint etc

improve some of the tags on the blogs (and layers) with consistent keywords: Indigenous, Aboriginal, Torres Strait

Some of the blogs have indigenous or indigenous knowledge - so dont get the full list. Indigenous should be enough rather than "indigenous knowledge"

perhaps not for this sprint (since still need to do the review) - but add some of the Indigenous IP/policy type notices up on the site. This might be particularly important for Profiles.

Since yesterday, I have been adding "Indigenous, Aboriginal, Torres Strait" tags to all of the layers I am adding. It is simple for me to add to that list until Adam Collins transfers the layers to spatial.ala.org.au and Adam will know how to modify the tags after he moves them across if necessary.
