Occurrence records being matched to homonym synonym rather than accepted species. #135

Follow on from issue #56. Acanthiza lineata whitei Mathews 1920 is a homonym synonym for Acanthiza lineata alberti Mathews 1920 but there is a current accepted species Acanthiza lineata whitei Mathews 1912. For some as yet unexplained reason, name matching appears to be preferring matching incorrectly to the synonym instead of the accepted name.

In the first instance - Write a test in name matching to see if the issue is still occurring in the current code base.
