The virus taxonomy has populated (badly) from a combination of NZOR and COL sources but does not include the taxa loaded from the biosecurity list (with a few exceptions). https://www.checklistbank.org/dataset/60706/classification?taxonKey=NZOR-6-103805
Also the higher taxonomy has only included a single class from NZOT, which is also correct - may be linked to the second server issue?
