This is a known issue for APNI but just found an example from AFD (https://bie.ala.org.au/species/https://biodiversity.org.au/afd/taxa/70a07825-bede-4431-b62b-bd5253f448e0 ) where Laridae (Gulls and Terns) is getting the common name of an excluded species attached to the family (American Black Tern)
