AFD Export - get published in, and taxonomy remarks added to the export #220

AFD export doesn't currently have publication information or taxonomy remarks in its export - or if the information is there it's not being put in the appropriate fields during pre-processing.

Check if the fields are in the current export and if not, talk to NSL about getting them in the next export.

Export comes with publication and reference file - need to find out how they link up.
