Make Classification page more tree-like #101

The current classification page gives the parent taxonomy and immediate children.

To improve navigation, it would be helpful to have a more tree-like structure, showing the complete structure over a number of ranks. Since there are hundreds of thousands of accepted taxa, a full tree would not be useful but a tree limited to three or four ranks above/below would aid navigation. This would be very useful then something has a subgenus.

Needs more details.

URL to "classifications page" needs to be provided - what content needs improving (classification tab, possibly)?
Provide a rough sketch or diagram illustrating the desired improvement (I don't grock this change)
Indicate if interactions are needed and if so, how it should respond to user input
Indicate what problem for the user this is solving and how it will achieve the desired outcome
