- Update Spring Boot to 2.7.4 to match CAS
- Add HTTP API endpoint for looking up user in same format as HTTP API login
- Adjust default tgt expiry times to 1y, 3m access time, forever remember me (overridden in external config)
- Add configurable support email to account disabled message (#49)
- Add recording users delegated login as profile attribute
