Edit key without new upload - page returns #13

Edit some key metadata without upload of a new key file. After Save, the page returns to the Edit page rather than returning to the key metadata page

Fixed. It goes to the interactive key now, just as when you do upload a new key, as there is no key metadata page any more, just a key metadata tab.
