parent-child synonym issue and taxon rank not used #13

reported by SA museum: Delphinus delphis is not matching correctly - In this case it’s still matching to Delphinus delphis delphis. From looking at the AFD there are parent child synonym issues – subspecies Delphinus delphis is a synonym of subspecies Delphinus delphis delphis and Delphinus delphis is also the species name. Theoretically providing the taxonRank should make it resolve to the correct rank but it doesn’t look like that happens (checked in the sandbox).

Just checked this with the latest namematching indexes - still an issue.
