Match Grevillia 'Exul' #182

This should properly match but pops up to plain Grevillia.

This seems to be a problem in the biocache "Provided scientific name" search where https://biocache.ala.org.au/occurrences/search?q=raw_name%3AGrevillia+%27Exul%27 returns matches to Grevillia (only) but https://biocache.ala.org.au/occurrences/search?q=raw_name%3A%22Grevillia+%27Exul%27%22 does not.
