Merge process failing when input data where a synonym is marked as the parent of the accepted name

Some source data has an entry marked as a synonym pointing to an accepted name that then has the synonym marked as its' parent.

e.g.

• Species A synonym of Species B (accepted)
• Species B's parent is Species A
