CAAB records in the combined index are missing the field source #224

CAAB records in the combined index are missing a value in the field source. It is expected to be https://www.marine.csiro.au/data/caab/taxon_report.cfm?caab_code= + CAAB Code, e.g. https://www.marine.csiro.au/data/caab/taxon_report.cfm?caab_code=27531011

This is used in the BIE to provide a link for the CAAB name. It is currently missing, e.g. https://bie.ala.org.au/species/https://biodiversity.org.au/afd/taxa/d70dfb0a-bb13-4a8f-8b0c-69132f3e81c1#names
