Matching of cultuivar names is inaccurate #92

Eucalyptus 'Torwood' has been matched on to Eucalyptus 'EpEm1001' for no particularly good reason.

Additionally, open/close quotes on something like Eucalyptus ‘Torwood’ causes different behaviour to simple single quotes Eucalyptus 'Torwood'

Also Salix matsudana ‘Tortuosa’ seems to be having issues with open-close vs up/down quote styles.
