Survey info tab - Supplementary info section

Add static text below header - "Including additional information about this dataset is important for your data to be useful to others, particularly in scientific studies."
Move RH column to 50% width mark and align left
Increase the size of the usage notes entry box to 100% width of RH column and at least 6 rows.
Legal custodian - pre-populate with the organisation name
last update - pre-populate with the date of the most recent activity record in the dataset.
Other related datasets - When no other datasets are associated with the project, display message - "There are no other datasets in this project to associate with this survey."

Surveys tab

Right align the text link to "Show/hide datasets in AEKOS" to under the other action buttons (Add record, View records)
Submission to AEKOS table - change some column header tool tips
Check whether the submit to AEKOS button is triggering the submission workflow, data packaging and POST web service

Ecological Science project metadata template

Hide/remove "Share metadata"
Merge project types "Ecological or biological survey (not citizen science)" and "Ecological survey (not citizen science)", retain the name "Ecological or biological survey (not citizen science)"
Hide/remove section "How can people get involved"
Change title of section "Project associations" to "Project funding"
Hide/remove "Service provider organisation"
Add tool tip help to all fields
