doi return to ALA BioCollect from AEKOS for datasets submitted through BioCollect
Shared submission workflow can be completed during this sprint, independent of doi return being available, but lower priority until this is available

This functionality allows users to submit a systematic (plot, transect) dataset via BioCollect, mapped to AEKOS Shared, and receive a doi back into BioCollect. Largely completed in previous July sprint, needs a webservice from AEKOS to deliver a doi to ALA when a submission from BioCollect is received at AEKOS end. Version, submission and doi. Lee: The ALA needs to get its act together with DOIs and as I recommended - GBIF is certainly worl'd best current practice. Steal the code.
