Species count on home page too high #14

Replace the existing BIE query in the dashboard API with:

http://biocache.ala.org.au/ws/occurrence/facets?q=country:Australia+OR+cl21:*&facets=species&fsort=count&flimit=0

This is now fixed... current species count display is 119,283.
