Add internal links to new tool FAQs #23

From Lee: I also have added in the missing Tools sections but what I have not had time to do is to add the internal links to the two new added tool FAQs on the base SP FAQ page. Can you do this please?

The tools requiring links on the FAQ page are:

  1. Point comparisons
  2. Compare areas

The text is on the FAQ page but we need to link from the topic listing at the top within the page to the explanation.

I've updated the page to have the links. Thanks @aatteia for dealing with my anxiety attack regarding headings :)
