As a user of the spatial portal
I want an easy to find direct link to the spatial portal
So I don't have to use multiple clicks to get to the spatial portal
Background:
There are currently 4 ways to get to the spatial portal:
menu navigation under "Mapping and analysis" - 2 clicks
option under Mapping and analysis tile - 2 clicks
footer link - direct link
footer link with icon - direct link
These are either not direct or are not prominent. However, it make sense to group together the occurrence record search and the spatial portal under the mapping and analysis tile. A compromise would be to make the text "Spatial Portal" in the explanation on the tile a direct link.
