Remove Citizen Science alerts #229

The alerts for Citizen science records and Citizen science records with images are set to only ALA Sightings apps. I suggest that we remove these; that a CitSci alert is probably not that helpful anyway.

Thanks Peggy for raising this, I'm currently starting analysis of all general alerts, and this is a great point, which I have included. I'll keep you in the loop
