This could make use of AWS Developer portal but so far this tool has been problematic. Note this portal needs to be customised and deployed/ maintained.
There where issues with:
removing APIs from the AWS developer portal,
having a fully public API documentation listing (i.e. without forcing the user to login)
we no longer need the API key mechanism for access (as we are using the integrated API keys with UserDetails)
