BioCollect - OpenAPI definition and JWT support #28

Tasks:

  1. BioCollect OIDC integration
  2. Pluggable authentication mechanism to allow our BioCollect partners to use any OIDC complaint authentication system.
  3. Echinda client – API’s that needs to go through API gateway.
  4. List of ReST api’s we would like it to be published via new api.ala.org.au portal
