"Verfiy this Annotation" button not visible in AVH hub #76

If a collection manager was viewing a record from their collection in AVH-hub that contained a user annotation, the "Verify this annotation" button isn't showing up, even though it does show up in the ALA view (eg: http://avh.ala.org.au/occurrences/d7a3e5c3-985b-4ce4-80f4-d6e76807da25 doesn't show the button, but http://biocache.ala.org.au/occurrences/d7a3e5c3-985b-4ce4-80f4-d6e76807da25 does).

The fix for this was to remove the ROLE_ADMIN from the authorise.roles config variable (this matches the config setup for biocache).
