The AVH Advanced search form currently, when submitted, prepends the value of the Text field for the Full text search with 'text:'. It hasn't always done this. It severely restricts what you can do with the field, as, before, you could just dump any valid SOLR query in this field and you would get a result, but now you are restricted to the fields that ALA has mapped to the 'text' field and it is not documented which fields these are.
Could this restriction, i.e. the 'text:' prefix, be removed please? Or, if purists find that a full text search needs to have the prefix, could we have a 'BYO query' field?
