Enable the ability to allow Club view for multiple roles #558

Currently Club View for an occurrence records is only available for a single role configured under clubRoleForHub attribute. Update implementation to allow Club View for multiple roles. e.g. SDS roles.

This will probably end up requiring changes to biocache-service as well as biocache-hubs.
