The handler for /explore/hierarchy API resource does not include OpenAPI annotations and definitions and as such is not published to API Gateway.
This API resource is used by the ALA regions app.
[x] Add OpenAPI annotation to the /explore/hierarchy in biocache-service method and publish the open api spec to API Gateway to enable regions app to function as expected when using biocahe-service API on API Gateway
